Has my order shipped? How do I track my order?

Go to Your Account to check the status of your order, as well track the shipment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Go to Your Account to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

* Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.

Go to Your Account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper (UPS or USPS) to confirm that your packages were delivered. An item is missing from my shipment.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the "Register" link (also found at the top-right of every page)
  2. Enter your email address & create a password.
  3. Fill in your shipping details.
  4. Click the "Create my account" button

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Once you are logged into your account, go to the My Account page to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click here to reset your password. After entering your email address, you'll receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.

How do I return my product?

Please review our shipping & return policy for more information on returning an item.

I received the wrong product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.

Also, after placing your order, you may go to Your Account to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for orders that are billed to an address in Virginia. Virginia State Sales Tax is 5%.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

I have a question about my charges.

Go to Your Account to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. shoppiecesboutique@gmail.com or 276-806-7469.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Go to Your Account, look for your order history, and click on an order to print an invoice or receipt.

For returns, when will the credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift certificate for someone, go to our Gift Certificates page.

If you are the recipient of a gift certificate & would like to redeem it:

  • take a look around our store
  • add something to your cart
  • at any time, view your cart & look for the "Redeem Gift Certificate" box at the bottom. Enter your gift code in the box.

How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may use the navigation menu at the top of every page.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, go to your shopping cart page. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
