We currently do not ship to any other countries not listed above, but we are looking at expanding this in the near future. Please email us (email@example.com) if you live in another country & are interested in placing an order.
All items are shipped from our store in Martinsville, VA.
Pieces ships via:
- UPS Ground
- USPS Priority Mail
- Flat Rate pricing for some locations
The methods we offer are based on your shipping address. Depending on your location, you might not have all options available to you.
FREE Shipping: All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
* Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & International shipments.
Continental US Shipments: Real-time shipping rates (via UPS & USPS) are provided. These rates are based on the size & weight of your items, as well as your shipping address.
Alaska & Hawaii: A single flat rate will be applied to your total order.
Canada: A single flat rate will be applied to your total order.
United Kingdom: A single flat rate will be applied to your total order.
Shipments & Tracking
Pieces ships Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Your order will be processed & shipped within 48 hours of your payment posting. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with shipment tracking info.
Pieces ships internationally to Canada & the United Kingdom. However, we are looking at expanding this in the near future.
We also ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO/AFO addresses.
Flat Rate shipping fees are offered to our international customers, and all items ship via UPS.
Hawaii & Alaska
We do ship to Hawaii & Alaska. A flat rate will be offered at checkout, and all items ship via UPS. Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to arrive.
Web orders are eligible for a exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
- Jewelry, intimates, art, sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order to receive a store credit
- Mat not be Jewelry, Intimates,Art, and Sale Merchandise, All Sales Final.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

How to send your item(s) back
- Securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable packaging) in which you received the items.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt.
